A free 15-minute call to begin

We start with a relaxed conversation, online, with no commitment. It's a chance to see how it feels to talk, and to ask anything you're wondering, before you decide anything.

Weekly 50-minute sessions, by video

Ongoing sessions happen over a secure video link, from wherever you are. All you need is a private space and a connection. We work in Turkish or English, whichever lets you feel most yourself.

Online first, in person when you want it

Sessions are online by default, so we can work together wherever you live. If you're in London and would prefer to meet in person, that can be arranged.

For most of the people I work with, online is what makes starting possible at all.

Why work with me

Lived experience, and the training to hold it.

I battled my own eating disorder voice for years, so you won't have to explain what it feels like from the outside. I understand the thoughts and patterns from the inside. Nothing you say will shock me, and nothing makes you “too much.”

I work using Schema Therapy, which looks underneath the eating to the needs and beliefs that have been driving it, gently, and at the level where change actually holds. We go only as fast as feels safe, together.

Does online therapy actually work for eating disorders?

Yes. For most of the people I work with, meeting online is what makes starting, and keeping going, possible at all. The depth of the work doesn't depend on being in the same room; it depends on feeling safe enough to be honest, and that can happen over a screen.

Where in the world can you work with me?

I work online with English- and Turkish-speaking clients across many countries and time zones. If you're not sure whether we can work together where you live, just ask in your free intro call, and we'll sort it out before anything begins.

What do I need for an online session?

A private space where you won't be overheard, a device with a camera, and a reasonably stable internet connection. That's all. You don't need to prepare anything.

Is it private?

Yes. Sessions are confidential and held over a secure video link. What you bring stays between us, within the usual professional limits I'll always be clear about.

Which languages do you work in?

Turkish or English, whichever lets you feel most yourself.
