The work, a little further than the room.

I'm a therapist first. But the conversation about food and bodies is bigger than any one room, so I also write, speak, and lend what I know wherever it might help. A few of the places that's taken me are gathered here.

European Parliament · Brussels

Speaking on teens, social media & mental health.

I was honoured to be invited to the European Parliament, joining experts and policymakers at the EFF event “Eating Disorders, Mental Health and EU Policies: Challenges and Future Perspectives.”

I spoke about how social media shapes teenagers' mental health, how different the platforms are from when I was a teenager myself, and what that shift is doing to young people now. I also brought a poll I'd run with my own followers directly to the table, on what could change in how platforms are regulated.

A daily conversation.

Most of my work happens quietly, one person at a time, but a wider community gathers around it too.

Working with me

If any of this resonates, my door is open.

All of it: the talks, the writing, the posts, comes back to the same thing: the quiet, one-to-one work of helping someone find their way home to themselves. If you'd like to begin, we can start gently.
