This policy explains what information this website collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It covers your use of realisticbodytherapist.com: signing up for the newsletter or the Emergency Recovery Kit, booking an introductory call, and general browsing.
This website is run by Zeynep Demirelli Sağ, MSc, working as Realistic Body Therapist. For any privacy question, or to exercise your rights below, email realisticbodytherapist@gmail.com. I am the data controller for the information described here.
This policy is about the website only. Information shared as part of therapy, such as session notes and clinical or health information, is handled separately under your individual therapy agreement and professional confidentiality obligations, not under this website policy.

This site does not set its own marketing or analytics cookies. Some embedded third-party features, such as a YouTube video or the Calendly and Kit sign-up tools, may set their own cookies or store data when you interact with them. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Under UK and EU data protection law (UK GDPR and GDPR), I process your information on the basis of your consent (for the newsletter and kit, which you can withdraw at any time), to take steps at your request before providing services (booking a call), and my legitimate interests in running a secure, functioning website.
I do not sell your information or share it for advertising. It is shared only with the providers above so they can perform their function, or where I am required to by law.
Some of these providers are based outside the UK and EU, for example in the United States. Where your information is transferred internationally, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
I keep newsletter and kit sign-ups until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete them. Booking details and email correspondence are kept only as long as needed for the purposes above, then deleted.
You can ask me to access, correct, or delete your information, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy of it. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in every message. To make a request, email realisticbodytherapist@gmail.com. If you are in the UK, you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
This website is not directed at children. If you are under 16, please involve a parent or guardian before sharing your details.
I take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
